运输、储存时必须妥善衬垫包装，不得存放于阳光直晒及淋雨之处。
安装妥善之前不得损坏或揭掉保护膜，应避免刮伤板材，否则安装后受伤处会爆裂。
切割时不要揭掉保护膜，切割后需吹净锯屑，并用防尘胶带封住板端孔格。
为允许板材因热膨胀产生的位移，钻孔直径应大于螺丝直径50%，螺丝不要上得太紧，避免压裂板材。
印字的保护膜覆盖在板材有防紫外线层的那面，安装时，此面朝向阳光照射方。
安装前先把保护膜四周揭起来5厘米左右以便施工。
安装中需要冷弯时，弯曲方向不可垂直于板材筋肋的方向，这样会使曲面桁条效应消失，且会促使应   力开裂。冷弯半径必须大于板厚的175倍。
安装时一定要根据当地温差预留足够伸缩余量。
安装完毕，立即揭掉保护膜，而后做二次覆盖保护，直至工程竣工后再揭下。
必须选用适用于聚碳碱酸塑料的密封胶膏和胶垫。
板面禁忌接触碱性物质及有侵蚀性的有机溶剂，如碱、碱性盐、胺、酮、醛、酯、醚、卤化烃、芳香    烃、天那水、甲醇及异丙醇等。
要永远保持板材表面洁净，而任何时候不可在阳光板上行走。
禁止将板材直接钉在骨架上。

Precautions for polyee sunsheet application

Must be padded and parckaged in good condition during storage and transportation.Don'tstore   under direct sunlight or without shelter from rain.

Don't remove or damage the protection film until panels are properly installed.Don't remove   protection film when Cutting .After cutting blow away chips and seal again with anti-dust     tape.

The diameter of drill holes must be 50% larger than that of the screws to allow themal    expansion.

The UV-prodected side of the panel is covered with printed film and must face towards the   sun.

Remove approximately 5cm of film from all panel edges before installing.

When cold bending,the panel must not be bent with the generatrix parallel to the honeycombs   since in this way the curved beam effect is lost,and this can cause stress cracking.The   radius of curvature must be more than 175 times of the panel thickness.

Provide enough space to allow for thermal epansion due to seasonal temperature fluctuation.

Remove all film immediately after completing the installation. Then cover again to protect   the panel surface until the completion of the comstruction.

Sealants and gaskets must be compatible to polycarbonate.Panets must not contact with   alkalines,alkali salts,amines,ketones,aldehydes,esters,thers,chlorinated   hydrocarbons,aronatic hydrocarbons ,methano land is opropanal,etc.

Always keep panel surface clean.Don't walk on PC panel at any time.

Never nail a panel directly onto the frame.
